Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer relies on European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional safeguards where necessary.

6. Retention

We keep account data for as long as the account remains active and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time after a deletion request. Technical logs are kept for short periods (typically no more than 12 months). Data required for accounting and tax obligations is kept for the period required by law.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time (for example by disabling push notifications). We respond to requests within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

8. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, database-level access controls and the principle of least privilege for administrative access.

9. Cookies and Local Storage

We only use essential cookies and local storage: keeping you signed in, theme preference and interface state. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies. You can clear this data from your browser settings; disabling it may prevent login from working.

10. Minors

The service is not intended for children under 16. If we become aware of having collected a minor's data without a legal basis, we delete it.
