We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your support, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, even for a simple change of mind. The guarantee applies to both monthly support and one-time contributions.
How to Request a Refund
Since no payment system is active, there are no new orders to refund. If you contributed in the past and want a refund, write to us from the Suggestions page with the email used for the order and we will handle the request manually.
Timing and Outcome
Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's timing. With the refund, Pro extras linked to that order are deactivated.
Cancelling Monthly Support
There are no active subscriptions or renewals: the payment system is disabled, so there are no recurring charges to cancel.
